UNITED INTERNATIONAL CAR RENTALS

United International Car Rentals ( United)  started its activities in 2004 in Ukraine.

The company in Ukraine, First Rental , is a 100% subsidiary of the Dutch rental holding company Eastern Rentals Holding bv.

Eastern Rentals Holding concentrates itself on markets that have both business customers and touristic customers and on markets that are still in development;

Perfect customer service in combination with a very attractive price for the rent in combination with services 24 hours and every day of the week makes the company unique and proves what customer service really means.

The first rental subsidiary started in 2004 in Ukraine and over the years United developed into one of the leading car rental companies with the highest spread of cities where a car can be rented.

For a number of years in a row United Ukraine received the price of Booking.com as the best rental company in Ukraine. Also in 2022 this range would probably be continued but the Russian invasion destroyed all the future plans for the company and for the country.

United Ukraine is still active and gives rentals from three cities now: L’viv,   Kyiv  and   Odessa. Of course of a much lower scale than before but with the same attention and service.

United is one of the very few international rental companies that are still active and in fact we are preparing our company for the come back of business customers and tourists as soon as the war ends.

In 2022 we expanded our car rental business to Poland. We started in the historical city of Krakow, a famous centre of culture and historic tradition.

Poland is a country where business people make their visits throughout the country and where tourists visit an enormous choice of interesting places, but given the present infra structure, transport by car is still by far the best and easy option.

That is why United is in Krakow on the airport and that is why we will expand in the near future to Warsaw and provide the same customer oriented service we are proud of.

Poland has become a home market for us and a big stimulance to continue to expand our services.

On a well calculated basis we will increase our rental cities within the existing countries and beyond.

The best service, fair prices and professional staff is a guarantee for success and we are proud to work on this day and night.

Our company has a staff that is for the far majority Ukrainian and we are proud that in this way we give a future for our staff and, although, on a small scale. Support Ukraine in these difficult times.

It is a strong motivation in itself.

Since the foundation of our company we promoted music as part of the experience of driving a car.

We provide our customers with a choice of music during their rent which is changed regularly and which can be obtained by scanning our card that is given to you when you collect the car.

Many of our customers appreciate it when they get some ideas about the touristic possibilities that are directed to their wishes. For this we started a few years ago  with organizing touristic trips for one day and for more days.

This activity is offered to you by “United Travels for Poland”  and all information can be obtained through our rental managers. We organize it as you want and we do it preferably in connection with our car rental service.
